Anupam Tripati (Ali Abdul) is an Indian actor from South Korea. He has starred in various South Korean television series and films. His first leading role as Ali Abdul in the South Korean drama series Survival in South Korea Squid Game (2021) earned him worldwide acclaim.

Anupam started practicing singing and acting in 2006. He intended to attend the National Drama School in New Delhi but moved to South Korea in 2010 to study with the Asian Arts Fellowship at the Korea National University of the Arts. He talked about the initial difficulties in adapting to cultural and linguistic differences, but then spoke Korean fluently for less than two years. From 2021 he completed his Masters in Acting at the Korea National University of the Arts.
According to a report from the Hindustan Times, Anupam Tripati spoke about how great it was to be a part of the historical cause, adding how the love he received after the show grew every day. He went on to say that since he is new to fame, he still tries to observe and express himself while enjoying himself as much as possible.
